Venue Rental Pricing

Pricing is set by the Seattle Parks and Recreation Department. Click here to see the Facility Rental Brochure. Please call the Seattle Parks Scheduling Office at 206-684-7254 or email Indoorevent@Seattle.gov to receive a quote for your specific event.

For your convenience we have put together sample pricing for various events. The total rental fee will be based on the number of hours you choose including the number of hours needed for set up and take down. 

 

Sample pricing for an 8 hour wedding during premium hours:
  Total Rental Cost     $2,235

Includes:
•  Premium hours are Friday-Sunday after 2:00 pm
•  Events starting before 2:00 pm but extending past 2:00 pm will be charged premium hours
•  There is a five hour minimum for all events reserved during premium hours

•  Rental – Main Hall – Includes Kitchen and A/V:  8 hours x $220/hour = $1,760
•  Staffing: 9 hours x $25/hour = $225
• 
Maintenance and Booking Fee:  $175/flat fee
•  Alcohol Fee (if applicable):  $75/flat fee

Damage Deposit

$250 without alcohol
$500 with alcohol


Sample pricing for a 3 hour meeting during off-peak hours:
  Total Rental Cost     $620

Includes:
•  Off-peak hours are Monday-Thursday or Friday-Sunday with event ending before 2:00 pm
•  There is a 2 hour minimum for all events

•   Rental – Main Hall – Includes Kitchen and A/V:  3 hours x $140/hour = $420
•   Staffing:  4 hours x $25/hour = $100
•   Maintenance and Booking Fee:  $100/flat fee

Damage Deposit

$250 without alcohol
$500 with alcohol


Sample pricing for a 5 hour banquet during off-peak hours:
  Total Rental Cost     $1,025

Includes:
•  Off-peak hours are Monday-Thursday or Friday-Sunday with event ending before 2:00 pm
•  There is a 2 hour minimum for all events

•   Rental – Main Hall – Includes Kitchen and A/V:  5 hours x $140/hour = $700
•   Staffing:  6 hours x $25/hour = $150
•   Maintenance and Booking Fee:  $100/flat fee
•   Alcohol Fee (if applicable):  $75/flat fee
